Delivery and installation conditions
Delivery
PHOTOTECH is a federal company with offices in all regions of the Russian Federation. We deliver products not only all over Russia, but also to CIS countries, the European Union and Turkey. We have our own fleet of specialized vehicles equipped with pyramids for the transport of translucent structures. On the territory of the Central Federal District, we deliver ourselves. In remote regions and beyond the Russian Federation, delivery is made with the help of reliable trucking companies. If necessary, delivery by rail is possible. Pick up is also available, and details can be found here. The territory of the warehouse is easily accessible by transport, and we load products on board of your car ourselves.
Packaging
All products are packed according to modern requirements to protect them from damage during transportation and storage. If you choose to pick up, our experts will perform the packing and securing of your goods on your vehicle. Glasses and double-glazed windows are packed with corrugated cardboard or cork and fixed with strepping tape. The final fixing on the pyramid is done with stretch film in horizontal and vertical directions. When transporting glass in crates, it is placed on a layer of shavings and the gaps between the layers are adjusted. Marking is applied to the package in accordance with GOST 14192-96. Installation
Structures are delivered both with and without installation by our experts. After completing the contract registration with installation, we will take care of delivery. At the request of the customer we provide expert-advisory service assembly. Our installation service is available throughout the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. Please note that only companies licensed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations may install fire protection structures. You can find our license here.
Accompanying documentation
Products are complete with a full set of accompanying documentation, instructions for unloading and storage, passport and certificates. All documentation is based on current legislative and technological norms. If necessary, you can request a standard package of documents for preliminary review even before the execution of the contract.
